How long will my dog be out walking for?

Group walks last a mininum of 45 minutes, that's paws on ground time playing with their buddies, we allow extra time for pick up and drop off.

Where do walks take place?

We offer a variety of walks around the beautiful West Lothian Countryside, green spaces that are safe and stimulating for your dog to enjoy.

Do I need to be at home when you collect and drop off my dog?

No, if you are happy for us to hold a key which enables us to access the porperty when you are not at home. All keys are kept in a secure location and will never be marked with anything other than the name of your dog.

Will I get to meet you before walking my dog?

Yes! it's important to establish a good working relationship so we will arrange a meet and greet to asses the needs of your dog prior to any services being agreed. 

What happens in an emergency?

In an emergency we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we cannot contact you or your nominated emergency contact and urgent veterinary attention is required we will take your dog to your nominated vet practice or the nearest vet depening on circumstances. We are fully canine first aid trained. 

Will I be charged if I cancel my walk?

Unfortunately if your dog is absent at short notice we cannot fill their space so any cancellations within 24hrs of a walk will be charged at full price.
